What was needed

Finland's wildest smoothie bar headed into the digital world

Jungle Juice Bar has created a strong, standout brand. Its colourful juice bars are a staple part of the city landscape. But how to strengthen the brand and engage customers also in the digital world?

The goal was to build an app that improves JJB’s customer experience. It was also important that the app provide data to support more data-driven decision making.

Modern app for the jungle tribe

We created an app that benefits both the business and the customer.

As a user, you can browse juices and smoothies and preorder drinks in the app. Track your order and get notified once it’s ready for pickup.

Top up your balance, send gift cards and recommend the app to friends – and get rewarded with jungle-themed bonus points or coconuts. Track your coconut balance in the app and use points to collect free drinks.

The app offers Jungle Juice bar an efficient communications channel that enables highly targeted marketing campaigns. And the data that the app collects is put to good use to support decision making.
