
Sivupersoona, a company specialising in sign language interpretations, needed an app to help their customers book and manage interpretations in an easy way.
The app, called Sipe-App, allows users to browse available interpreters and book an interpreter for their upcoming appointments. To make things easier for the user, all necessary information is automatically delivered to Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland). Users can save personal details to help manage recurring interpretations, create templates for bookings and chat directly with their interpreter in-app.
