It was difficult to remind people about their tasks and action points. You can send an SMS to anyone but that can’t be easily automated. Because you don’t know what calendar solution the recipient is using, it was difficult to create automated reminders with calendar.
The solution
A user can schedule automated reminders to their contacts or create a new recipient. Email and/or SMS reminders can be set to be recurring or one-time. The sender name can be decided for marketing purposes.
