What was needed

How to communicate efficiently with a global clientele?

Raute is a technology and service company serving the wood products industry worldwide, with their major customers operating in veneer and LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) industries. The company needed an easy-to-use solution with centralized communication to serve their large customer base.

The solution

Mobile app as a customer service channel

We developed a mobile app for Raute Oyj to serve as their customer communication channel. The app includes a catalog of Raute products and services, and newsletters and communications are provided in the app through push notifications. The app also serves as a trade fair app. This modern way of communication was received very well by Raute’s customers.
